OBE 理念融合“互联网+”车辆类专业 人才培养研究

摘要: 高等教育深化改革的核心在于构建符合现代产业发展需求的人才培养模式,地方高校 作为应用型人才培养的主力军,其改革尤为重要。该研究选取重庆移通学院车辆工程专业为 实践案例,提出基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念融合“互联网+”的车辆工程专业人才培养模 式,构建了“一中心两融合三维度四平台”的本科应用型人才改革培养体系。其中,构建理 论-实践一体化课程体系,并实施基于 OBE 理念的“1+3+3”混合模式的教学设计改革,依托 “互联网+”平台,构建多元化评价体系,全面、准确地评估学生的创新素质,以提升人才培 养质量。研究结果表明,OBE 理念融合“互联网+”的人才培养模式能够有效提升教育质量, 对学生的就业率和专业满意度均有显著提升作用。

Abstract: The core of deepening the reform of higher education lies in building a talent training model that meets the needs of modern industrial development. Local universities, as the main force in cultivating applied talents, are particularly important for their reform. This study selects the vehicle engineering major of Chongqing College of Mobile Telecommunications as a practical case, proposes a vehicle engineering talent training mode based on outcome based education (OBE) concept and "Internet +", and constructs a reform and training system for undergraduate applicationoriented talents with "one center, two integrations, three dimensions and four platforms". Among them, we will build a theory practice integrated teaching system, implement the "1+3+3" hybrid mode based on the OBE concept, rely on the "Internet +" platform, build a diversified evaluation system, comprehensively and accurately evaluate the innovative quality of students, and improve the quality of talent training. The research results show that the talent training mode of OBE concept integration with "Internet +" can effectively improve the quality of education, and significantly improve the employment rate and professional satisfaction of students.
