Research on Promoting Education and Teaching Reform by Skill Competition in Higher Vocational Colleges -Take the Automobile Fault Repair Event as an Example

摘要: 近年来,高职院校越来越重视各级各类技能竞赛,尤其是全国职业院校技能竞赛等, 这些竞赛的开展对高职院校人才培养模式、课程内容、师资团队及校企合作等教育教学改革 均有良好地推动作用。文章对高职技能竞赛在促进人才培养模式改革创新、优化课程体系和 教学内容等五个方面助推教育教学改革进行了重点研究,并以汽车故障检修大赛为例,该研 究将竞赛标准和要求与人才培养方案、课程内容等对接,通过开设汽车技术导师制实验班, 从人才培养模式创新、师资培训、实验实训教学等方面加大改革力度,提升竞赛成效和育人 成果。

Abstract: In recent years, higher vocational colleges have paid more and more attention to all kinds of skill competitions at all levels, especially the national vocational college skill competitions, which have played a good role in promoting the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges, such as talent training mode, course content, teacher team and school-enterprise cooperation. This paper focuses on promoting the reform of education and teaching reform in higher vocational skills competition in five aspects: promoting the reform and innovation of talent training mode, optimizing the curriculum system and teaching content. Taking automobile trouble repair competition as an example, this paper studies the docking of competition standards and requirements with talent training programs and course contents. The reform should be intensified form the aspects of talent training model innovation, teacher training, experimental and practical training teaching, etc., and the results of competition and education should be improved.
