摘要: 控制器局域网络(CAN)总线故障会对车辆产生诸多影响,比如车辆局部功能失效、 动力下降、燃油消耗增多,甚至车辆会出现无法进入和启动的情况。文章以 2019 款大众迈腾 B8L 为实验平台,借助 EveryCircuit 软件仿真和实车测试,对 CAN 总线在不同故障模式下进 行实验分析。通过本文的研究方法与实测数据,能够为车辆 CAN 总线故障的诊断与排除提供 参考,带来一种高效快捷的检修方式与思路。

Abstract: Controller area network (CAN) bus malfunctions can exert numerous influences on vehicles, such as local functional failure, decreased power, increased fuel consumption, and even circumstances where the vehicle cannot be accessed or started. This paper takes the 2019 Volkswagen Magotan B8L as the experimental platform, and with the aid of EveryCircuit software simulation and real vehicle tests, conducts experimental analyses on the CAN bus under different fault modes. Through the research methods and measured data in this paper, it is capable of providing references for the diagnosis and elimination of vehicle CAN bus faults, presenting an efficient and expeditious maintenance approach and thinking.
