新能源与智能网联汽车创新人才培养的 路径与策略

摘要: 新能源与智能网联汽车产业人才的要求涉及到机械电子、软件信息、人工智能、网络 通信等多领域,如何培养产业急需的复合型技术技能创新人才,是当前职业教育热点问题。 文章对湖北省新能源与智能网联汽车产业发展状况进行分析,提出以产教融合联合体和共同 体为依托,以一线岗位新需求为导向,优化课程体系,突出课岗对接,强化职业能力培养, 融入课程思政和文化育人,形成“四轮驱动”创新人才培养模式。通过校企协同深化教育教 学改革、实施岗课赛证综合育人、开展教学诊断与改进,形成创新人才培养新路径和培养新 策略,为汽车产业转型升级所急需的创新人才培养提供有力支持,也为产教融合提供新的路 径和思路。

Abstract: The requirements for talents in the new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry involve multiple fields such as mechanical electronics, software information, artificial intelligence, and network communication. How to cultivate composite technical and innovative talents urgently needed by the industry is currently a hot topic in vocational education. The article analyzes the development status of the new energy and intelligent connected vehicle industry in Hubei province, and proposes to optimize the curriculum system, highlight the integration of courses and positions, strengthen vocational ability training, integrate ideological and cultural education into the curriculum, and form a "four-wheel drive" innovative talent training model based on the integration of industry and education alliances and communities, guided by new demands for frontline positions. Through school-enterprise cooperation to deepen education and teaching reform, implement comprehensive education through post class competition and certificate, and carry out teaching diagnosis and improvement, a new path and strategy for training innovative talents will be formed, providing strong support for the training of innovative talents urgently needed for the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry, and providing new paths and ideas for the integration of production and education.
