摘要： 新时期高等职业教育高质量发展要求高职院校各类人才的培养既需要塑造“立德”的 灵魂，又需要炼出“树人”的体魄。该研究旨在课程思政理念下，以高等职业教育中汽车制 造工艺课程为例，从汽车制造基础工艺中的冲压工艺、焊接工艺、涂装工艺和总装工艺等四 个方面探究高职院校汽车专业类人才培养新模式，以期丰富高职院校汽车人才培养路径，构 建高校与企业人才输送的“直通桥”。

关键词: 课程思政；汽车人才；高职院校

Abstract: The high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era requires that the training of all kinds of talents in higher vocational colleges not only needs to shape the soul of "moral", but also needs to cultivate the physique of "cultivating talents". The purpose of this study is to explore a new training model for automotive professionals in higher vocational colleges from four aspects of basic automotive manufacturing technology including stamping technology, welding technology, painting technology and final assembly technology under the ideological and political concept of the curriculum, so as to enrich the training path for automotive talents in higher vocational colleges, build a "direct bridge" for talents transfer between universities and enterprises.
