摘要: 面向新时代汽车产业对高级力学人才的需求,聚焦车辆动力学与控制、汽车数值仿真 技术两个特色专业方向,构建具有学校特色的力学硕士研究生课程支撑体系,形成力学与行 业融合、力学与数值计算融合的课程体系特征。从课程实验到自主设计的项目实践,再到大 型汽车企业的力学性能测试企业实习,通过三个台阶的实践体系设计与实施,提高力学硕士 生实践能力。理论课程体系和实践体系的联合实施,为培养行业背景特色突出的力学人才提 供参考。

Abstract: In order to meet the demand for senior mechanics talents in the automotive industry in the new era, this paper focuses on the two specialty directions of vehicle dynamics and control and automotive numerical simulation technology, and constructs a course support system for master's degree students in mechanics with the characteristics of the university, forming a course system featuring the integration of mechanics and industry and mechanics and numerical computation. From the course experiment to the self-designed project practice, and then to the mechanical performance test enterprise internship of large automobile enterprises, through the practice system design and implementation of three steps, to improve the practical ability of mechanics master students. The joint implementation of theory curriculum system and practice system provides reference for training mechanics talents with outstanding industry background and characteristics.
