不同车载扬声器网面设计的耐老化性能研究

摘要: 当代社会环境温度日益增高,对车身各种零件的耐老化性能的要求越来越高,加上光 照的叠加作用,对车载中置扬声器的考验十分严峻。车载中置扬声器的网面设计对其耐老化 性能起着关键性作用,因此,有必要研究不同车载中置扬声器的网面设计对耐老化性能的影 响,选择更适合在中置位置安装的扬声器设计。文章对比了两种氙灯光照测试设备,研究了 网面带塑料支撑环和不带塑料支撑环两种设计的中置车载扬声器在同样的氙灯光照测试设备 下的耐老化性能,分别从物理老化程度和声压级角度进行分析对比。结果表明,网面带塑料 支撑环的车载扬声器耐老化性能更好,更适用于车载中置安装。

Abstract: In the current world, the ambient temperature is increasing, which raises the requirements for the aging resistance of various car parts. Coupled with the superimposed effects of light exposure, the challenge to the aging resistance of car center-mounted speakers is very severe. The mesh design of the car center-mounted speaker plays a crucial role in its aging resistance. It is necessary to study the impact of different mesh designs on the aging resistance of center-mounted speakers and select a more suitable speaker design for installation in the center position. Two kinds of xenon lamp lighting test equipment are compared in this paper, and the aging resistance of two kinds of center speakers with and without plastic support ring are studied under the same test condition. The physical properties and acoustic properties are analyzed and compared respectively. The result shows that the center speaker with plastic support ring has better aging resistance capacity and is much more suitable for IP installation.
