一种非线性耦合隔振器性能分析及关键参数设计

摘要: 针对摄像设备车载拍摄时振动不稳定问题,设计了一种钢丝绳隔振器和气动阻尼器并 联的耦合隔振系统,提出了正弦、余弦、速度、加速度和位移五种不同变孔径的非线性气动 阻尼器方案。在建立的 4 组钢丝绳和 4 组气动阻尼器并联耦合的力学模型的基础上,进行了 车载自由振动和激励振动工况仿真,得到了车载耦合隔振系统在振动频率为 0.5~30 Hz,振 动加速度为 0.5~2g 之间的隔振效果,最终选用位移变化方式下的关键参数,不仅拓宽了隔 振系统的隔振频带,还提高了隔振系统的稳定性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of unstable vibration during on-board shooting, a coupling vibration isolation system with wire rope isolator and pneumatic damper in parallel is designed. Five nonlinear pneumatic damper schemes with different aperture-varying diameters are proposed, including sine, cosine, velocity, acceleration and displacement. On the basis of the established mechanical model of the parallel coupling of 4 groups of wire rope and 4 groups of pneumatic dampers, the on-board free vibration and excitation vibration conditions are simulated, and the vibration isolation effects of the on-board coupled vibration isolation system between vibration frequency 0.5~30 Hz and vibration acceleration 0.5~2g are obtained. Finally, the key parameters under the displacement change mode are selected. It not only broadens the isolation frequency band of the vibration isolation system, but also improves the stability of the vibration isolation system.
