重型混动商用车动力系统匹配及碳排放分析

摘要: 在“双碳”背景下,为研究重型混动商用车的碳排放,文章对某混动商用车进行动力 参数选型匹配,并建立仿真模型。通过对比中国重型商用车测试循环工况(C-WTVC)和中 国货车行驶工况(CHTC-HT)的差异发现,CHTC-HT 工况的最高加速度较高,且低速段占 比较大,加速度增加和低速行驶时间延长会导致油耗增大,给企业研发新一代重型混动商用 车带来挑战。因此,在仿真工况设置时进行对比分析发现,CHTC-HT 工况的百公里油耗比 C-WTVC 工况高 3.8%,碳排放因子相比 C-WTVC 高约 3.5%。

Abstract: In the context of "double carbon", in order to study the carbon emission of heavy hybrid commercial vehicles, this paper selects and matches the power parameters of a hybrid commercial vehicle and establishes a simulation model. By comparing the difference of China-world transient vehicle cycle (C-WTVC) and China heavy-duty commercial vehicle test cycle-heavy truck (CHTCHT), it is found that the highest acceleration of CHTC-HT condition is higher, and low speed section is larger, acceleration increase and low speed driving time will lead to increased fuel consumption, to the enterprise research and development of a new generation of heavy duty hybrid commercial vehicles. Therefore, through comparative analysis in the simulation condition setting, it is found that the fuel consumption of 100 km of CHTC-HT condition is 3.8% higher than that of C-WTVC, and the carbon emission factor is about 3.5% higher than that of C-WTVC.
