摘要: 智能网联汽车开展测试、示范等活动需要相关政策法规支持,北京市在智能网联汽车 管理政策创新、道路开放里程等方面一直走在全国前列。文章对北京市智能网联汽车政策先 行区“2+5+N”政策体系情况进行了整体介绍,详细阐述两大顶层设计、五大类管理体系、N 项基础性支撑政策的具体内容,分析各类政策的共性和特性,并全面探究和总结政策实施效 果,提出相关政策出台对智能网联汽车产业发展的重要意义。

Abstract: Relevant policies and regulations are needed to support the testing and demonstration of intelligent connected vehicles, and Beijing has been at the forefront of the country in terms of innovation in intelligent connected vehicle management policies and open road mileage. This paper introduces the "2+5+N" policy system in the Beijing intelligent connected vehicles policy pilot zone, elaborates on the specific contents of the two top-level designs, the five types of management systems, and the N basic support policies, analyzes the commonalities and characteristics of various policies, comprehensively explores and summarizes the implementation effects of the policies, and puts forward the importance of the introduction of relevant policies to the development of the intelligent connected vehicles industry.
