摘要： 在专业课程教学过程中，因教师课程思政教学能力不足、课程思政实施路径不清晰等 因素，存在专业教育和思政教育“两张皮”的问题。赣州职业技术学院新能源汽车电气系统 教学团队通过优化课程思政教学设计、创新课程思政实施路径等途径，有效将价值观引导于 专业课程的知识传授和能力培养中，取得良好的课程思政教学效果，为其他专业课程思政教 学提供借鉴方案。

关键词: 新能源汽车电气系统检修；课程思政；职业素养；工匠精神；劳动精神

Abstract: In the course of professional course teaching, due to the lack of teachers' ideological and political teaching ability and the unclear path of ideological and political implementation, there are "two problems" of professional education and ideological and political education. The new energy automobile electrical system teaching team of Ganzhou Vocational and Technical College by optimizing course education teaching design, innovation course education implementation path, effective will guide the values in professional course knowledge and ability training. It has achieved good ideological and political teaching effect and provided reference programs for ideological and political teaching of other professional courses.
