Research on the Path of Talent Cultivation for On-site Engineers in Vocational Education

摘要: 实施职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划是现阶段职业教育深化产教融合办学体制,创 新职业教育工程教育新体系,推进三教改革的全新载体和有力抓手,也是工程教育结合现代 学徒制实践在职业教育领域的创新应用。文章基于企业真实生产任务与工作场景,从协同育 人机制、人才培养方案制定、课程体系构建、教学资源开发、教学组织运行、多方考核评价、 质量诊断与优化设计方面论述了人才培养路径,并在智能网联汽车场景测试岗位进行了探索 与实践。同时制定了符合工匠育训的人才培养方案,构建了符合工程岗位现场实践取向的课 程体系,实践了基于工程项目现场的教学模式,为职业院校现场工程师人才培养提供了新的 思路和实践指导。

Abstract: The implementation of the special cultivation plan for on-site engineers in vocational education is a new carrier and powerful lever for deepening the school-running system of industry and education integration in vocational education at the present stage, innovating the new system of vocational education engineering education, and promoting the reform of the three educations. It is also an innovative application of engineering education combined with modern spprenticeship system practice in the field of vocational education. Based on the real production tasks and work scenarios of enterprise, the paper discusses the talent cultivation path from the aspects of collaborative education mechanisms, talent cultivation program formulation, curriculum system construction,teaching resource development, teaching organization operation, multi-party assessment and evaluation, quality diagnosis and optimal design, and explores and practices the testing positions of intelligent connected vehicle scenarios. Meanwhile develops a talent cultivation plan that is in line with the cultivation of craftsmen, constructs a curriculum system that is in line with the on-site practice orientation of engineering positions, and practices the on-site teaching mode based on engineering projects scene, providing new ideas and practical guidance for the cultivation of on-site engineers talents in vocational colleges.
