Abstract: At present, in the stage of automobile product development, a large number of process changes are involved, and the current change process regardless of the size of the change, the unified way of first evaluation, then approval, and then implementation, the process is relatively simple, and the approval is cumbersome, which is not only inefficient, but also causes a large amount of waste of resources, and seriously affects the work efficiency and product quality. Therefore, this paper refines and summarizes the process change process of the existing car companies into five stages: change requirement, change application, change review, change verification, and change implementation, and proposes a process change control optimization strategy suitable for the automobile development stage, which can improve work efficiency and ensure product quality at the same time, and provide a theoretical basis for process change in the vehicle development stage.
