摘要: 随着排放法规的日益严苛,发动机电控技术不断优化,越来越多的传感器和电控系统 被应用于发动机上,因此对于发动机电路故障的诊断与排除提出了更高的要求。文章将以荣 威 i5 发动机启动困难故障为例,深入解析其曲轴位置传感器的结构、工作原理以及检测方法, 本研究同时适用于名爵 3、名爵 5 及其他使用同款博世曲轴位置传感器的车型,以期能够为 相关车主和维修人员提供维修的参考意见。

Abstract: With the increasingly stringent emission regulations, the engine electronic control technology is continuously optimized, and more and more sensors and electronic control systems are applied to the engine, so higher requirements are put forward for the diagnosis and elimination of engine circuit faults. This article will take the Roewe i5 engine starting difficulty fault as an example, and deeply analyze the structure, working principle and detection method of its crankshaft position sensor, which is also applicable to MG 3 MG 5 and other models using the same Bosch crankshaft position sensor, in order to provide reference opinions for relevant owners and maintenance personnel.
