漆面外观缺陷智能检测系统技术应用

摘要: 隧道式系统具有连续输送和较低设备投资的优势,而机器人式系统则在缺陷检出能力、 3D 定位、多车型兼容性及升级空间方面表现更佳。文章探讨了汽车涂装过程中漆面外观缺陷 的检测技术,重点对比了隧道式和机器人式两种智能检测系统,详细介绍了机器人式智能检 测系统的应用,包括系统原理、工位布局、设备配置和数据分析。研究可为后期生产线升级 配备自动标记和自动打磨抛光系统做技术储备,便于进一步实现漆面缺陷检测、打磨抛光全 自动化,持续提升智能制造能力以及质量自动化控制能力。

Abstract: Tunnel type system offer the advantages of continuous conveyance and lower equipment investment, while robotic type system offer better defect detection capabilities, 3D positioning, multi-vehicle compatibility, and room for upgrades. This paper discusses the detection technology of paint surface appearance defects in the process of automobile painting, and focuses on the comparison of two intelligent detection system, tunnel type and robotic type, and introduces in detail the application of robotic type intelligent detection system, including system principle, station layout, equipment configuration and data analysis. The study is to make technical reserves for the later upgrade of the production line equipped with automatic marking and automatic grinding and polishing systems, so as to further realize the full automation of paint appearance defect detection, grinding and polishing, and continuously improve the intelligent manufacturing capability and quality automation control ability.
