行人保护头型碰撞安全性能分析

摘要: 文章依据交通事故中行人头部碰撞的伤害,结合 2024 版中国新车评价规程(C-NCAP) 的评价体系,对儿童头型和成人头型的区域划分、评分方法、冲击器的标定进行细化解析。 通过对头型伤害值 HIC15 的理论计算、碰撞试验加速度曲线伤害值的经验累计,提出头部空 间校核尺寸范围,并将影响头部碰撞安全性能提升的关键因素进行了优化分析,对后续车型 设计初期提高行人保护头部安全性能有指导意义。

Abstract: This article is based on the head collision injury of pedestrians in traffic accidents, combined with the evaluation system of the 2024 version of China-new car assessment program (C-NCAP) the regional division, scoring method and impactor calibration of children's head shape and adult head shape are analyzed in detail. Through the theoretical calculation of the head shape injury value HIC15, the experience accumulation of the acceleration curve injury value of the crash test. The size range of the head space check is proposed. And the key factors affecting the improvement of the safety performance of head collision are optimized and analyzed, which has guiding significance for improving the safety performance of pedestrian head protection in the early stage of subsequent model design.
