Abstract: Under the background of professional certification and undergraduate education teaching improvement. On this basis, the paper introduces the construction idea of the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology course based on OBE concept from four aspects: formulating course objectives, reconstructing teaching content, optimizing teaching design and establishing continuous improvement mechanism. This paper focuses on four practical measures of teaching reform, including the optimization of teaching resources and environment, curriculum content reconstruction implementation, the reform of mixed teaching mode and the adjustment of curriculum evaluation mode. This paper analyzes the effect of teaching reform and the matters to be improved, and finally puts forward 6 suggestions and measures based on OBE teaching from the aspects of concept preaching, teacher training, school-enterprise cooperation, teaching reform, supervision mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
