液压与气压传动“二进四化一产出” 教学改革与实践

摘要: 结合液压与气压传动课程的特点,为改变传统教学中学生被动学习且无法突出综合能 力培养的现状,文章以培养学生应用能力和创新能力、注重学生全面发展为课堂教学目标的 主线,提出了“二进四化一产出”的教学模式,并开展了一系列的教学改革与实践。课程团 队深化校企合作,采用“企业导师进课堂,企业项目进课堂”,让“学生成果出课堂”的“二 进一出”培养路径,强化学生应用能力及创新能力培养。以“四化融合”为手段,促进学习 目标高效达成。实践表明,学生的学习积极性明显提高,课堂气氛更加活跃,学生在掌握理 论知识的同时,其自主学习能力、分析解决问题能力和创新能力得到了全面提高。

Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission course, to change the traditional teaching students passive learning and unable to highlight the present situation of the comprehensive ability training, the article to cultivate students' application ability and innovation ability, pay attention to students' comprehensive development for the classroom teaching goal, put forward the "two four modernizations output" teaching mode, and carries out a series of teaching reform and practice. The course team deepens the cooperation between school and enterprise, adopts the "enterprise mentor into the classroom, enterprise project into the classroom", makes the "two in and one out" cultivation path of "student achievements out of the classroom", and strengthens the cultivation of students' application ability and innovation ability. The "integration of four modernizations" as a means to promote the efficient realization of learning goals. The practice shows that students' enthusiasm for learning has been significantly improved, and the classroom atmosphere is more active. While students master theoretical knowledge, their independent learning ability, analysis and problem solving ability and innovation ability have been improved in an allround way
