Random Vibration Fatigue Analysis of Tractor APU Bracket Based on PSD

摘要: 为解决某牵引车空气处理单元(APU)支架在道路试验中发生开裂的问题,首先建立 了 APU 支架台架试验有限元模型,然后基于模态频率响应分析和振动试验功率谱密度,对 APU 支架进行随机振动疲劳分析,并且与台架试验对标。基于对标成功的模型,对支架进行 改进并再次分析,结果表明,优化后的支架在后续台架试验中再未出现裂纹,说明基于功率 谱密度(PSD)的随机振动疲劳分析具有很好的可靠性和适用性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of cracking of a tractor air processing unit (APU) support during road test, a finite element model of APU support bench test is established, and then random vibration fatigue analysis of APU support is carried out based on modal frequency response analysis and vibration test power spectrum density. Based on the successful benchmarking model, the support is improved and analyzed again. The results show that the optimized support has no cracks in the subsequent bench test, indicating that the random vibration fatigue analysis based on power spectral density (PSD) has good reliability and applicability.
