电动方程式赛车的电池箱分析优化

摘要: 作为电动方程式赛车的核心动力来源,电池的重要性不言而喻。为了保证电池在多种 路况、工况下稳定运转,电池箱的设计方案便显得尤为重要,方案不仅仅要考虑强度因素, 还不能忽视其轻量化、可靠性等性能,针对上述论述,采用 CATIA 软件对方程式赛车的动力 电池箱主要零部件进行结构设计、装配,在确保结构完整性的前提下通过 ANSYS 软件对其 进行有限元仿真分析,具体操作步骤包括确定材料属性,正确对模型进行网格化以及确定载 荷和约束施加等。结合 ANSYS 有限元仿真软件对所搭建的电池箱三维模型进行静态应力分 析,通过仿真结果得到模型的应力及变形云图,判定电池箱在后续工作过程中最容易发生变 形的位置,为之后的结构优化设计提供有价值的指导方向。

Abstract: As the core power source of the electric formula racing car, the importance of the battery is self- evident. In order to ensure the stable operation of the battery under various road conditions and working conditions, the design scheme of the battery box is particularly important. The scheme not only considers the strength factor, but also cannot ignore its lightweight, reliability and other properties. In view of the above discussion, CATIA software is used to design and assemble the main parts of the power battery box of the formula racing car. Under the premise of ensuring the structural integrity, the finite element simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYS software. The specific operation steps include determining the material properties, correctly meshing the model and determining the load and constraint application. Combined with ANSYS finite element simulation software, the static stress analysis of the three-dimensional model of the battery box is carried out. The stress and deformation cloud diagram of the model is obtained through the simulation results, and the position where the battery box is most prone to deformation in the subsequent work process is determined, which provides valuable guidance for the subsequent structural optimization design.
