商用车座椅乘坐舒适性设计及评价方法探究

摘要: 商用车座椅乘坐舒适性一直是座椅设计师和用户关注的问题。文章从座椅乘坐舒适性 出发,介绍了座椅在设计过程中,通过对坐垫和靠背关键尺寸、泡棉性能参数的定义、操作 空间的校核提升座椅乘坐舒适性,并对首轮试制样椅进行静态和动态舒适性评价,根据评价 结果分析是否需要对座椅关键尺寸和泡棉性能参数进行修订。最后指出设计和试验相辅相成, 提高了座椅舒适性开发效率,避免了后期开发工作的反复更改。

Abstract: The seat comfort of commercial vehicle has always been a concern of seat designers and users. Starting from seat ride comfort, this paper introduces how to improve seat ride comfort in the design process by defining key dimensions of seat cushion and backrest, foam performance parameters, and checking operation space. Moreover, static and dynamic comfort evaluation is carried out on the first trial production sample chair, and whether the key dimensions and foam performance parameters of the seat need to be revised according to the evaluation results. Finally, it is pointed out that the design and test complement each other, improve the development efficiency of seat comfort, and avoid repeated changes in the later development work.
