新能源汽车电池包装配本质安全策略探讨

摘要: 随着新质生产力的兴起,新能源汽车普及率越来越高,电池安全的重要性愈发凸显。 电池包装配过程中的风险程度远高于装车后的状态,如何确保电池包装配生产过程中的本质 安全是各个汽车厂商需要着重关注的问题。文章以笔者所在公司的全球事故统计系统统计的 近 5 年电池装配事故为样本,对主要的动力电池装配事故类型进行归纳和总结,并对电池包 装配过程发生事故原因进行分析。基于两例典型的事故案例,从装配过程工艺以及产品(电 池包)本身进行探讨并提出设计改进,从而尽可能实现生产过程中作业、设备以及产品的本 质安全。

Abstract: With the rise of new productive forces, the popularity of new energy vehicles is increasing and the importance of battery safety is becoming more prominent. The risk level during the battery pack assembly process is much higher than after installation and how to ensure the intrinsic safety of the battery pack assembly production process is a crucial issue that all car manufacturers need to focus on. This article takes the battery assembly accidents in the past five years as samples from the global events reporting tool of the author's company. It summarizes the main types of power battery assembly accidents and analyzes the reasons for accidents during the battery packaging process. Based on two typical accident cases, this article discusses and proposes design improvements from the perspectives of assembly process technology and the product (battery pack) itself, aiming to achieve intrinsic safety of operations, equipment and products as much as possible during the production process.
