摘要: 文章旨在提出一种基于虚拟空间的白车身骨架尺寸评价方法,该方法通过光学扫描仪 获取数据再进行虚拟空间(PolyWorks)内的拼接,并使用与实物内间隙精测样架(FMB)相 同的评价方式对零件尺寸进行快速判定,从而替代传统意义上白车身 FMB 的物理验证方式。 该方法不仅提高了白车身尺寸的评价效率,缩短了产品研发周期,降低了生产成本,还创新 性地提出了数据封样管理的零件全生命周期监控方案。虚拟 FMB 匹配技术不仅在白车身制造 中可以广泛应用,也对未来车身虚拟尺寸评价的深入研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract: This study aims to propose a virtual space-based evaluation method for body in white skeleton size. This method obtains data from optical scanner and then splice in virtual space (PolyWorks), and uses the same evaluation method as physical fügen-meister bock (FMB) to quickly determine the part size. Thus replacing the traditional physical verification method of body-in-white Fügen-Meisterbock. This method not only improves the evaluation efficiency of body in white size, shorens the product development cycle and reduces the production cost, but also innovatively puts forward the whole life cycle monitoring scheme of data sealing management. Virtual Fügen matching technology is not only widely used in body-in-white manufacturing, but also provides a reference for the further research and application of virtual size evaluation of body in the future.
