Research on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode of Applied Undergraduate Vehicle Engineering Specialty

School of Mechanical Engineering, Chengdu University discusses the reform measures for talent cultivation model in application-oriented universities under the background of rapid development of new energy vehicle industry. The reform of the training mode of vehicle engineering professionals is the key to deal with the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry. As a local university, Chengdu University faces both opportunities and challenges. The general idea of innovative talent training mode is put forward, including optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and stimulating the vitality of students. Through exploration and attempt, the vehicle engineering major of Chengdu University has achieved remarkable results in improving students' employment rate and postgraduate entrance examination rate.

摘要： 文章以成都大学车辆工程专业为例，探讨了应用型本科高校在新能源汽车产业快速发 展背景下的人才培养模式改革措施。车辆工程专业人才培养模式的改革是应对汽车产业转型 升级的关键，成都大学作为地方高校，其面临着机遇和挑战，文章提出了创新人才培养模式 的总体思路和优化课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、激发学生活力等具体措施。通过探索与尝 试，成都大学车辆工程专业在提高学生就业率和考研率方面取得了显著成效。

Abstract: Taking the vehicle engineering major of Chengdu University as an example, this paper discusses the reform measures for talent cultivation model in application-oriented universities under the background of rapid development of new energy vehicle industry.
