摘要: 电子机械制动(EMB)系统采用高度集成化架构,可以减少零部件数量、提升空间利 用率、优化制动效能、易于与其他整车电控功能集成,已成为线控制动的研究热点。文章首 先介绍商用车平台气压制动系统和 EMB 系统的组成和特点,对比分析两种系统的差异,得出 EMB 系统在商用车应用过程中的环保、高效、安全、轻量化和智能化等优势,同时梳理 EMB 系统推广面临的系统不稳定、成本高、标准化难度高和整车匹配受限等挑战。最终提出解决 方案,为该系统在商用车领域的进一步发展提供指导意见。

Abstract: The electro-mechanical brake (EMB) system use a highly integrated architecture, can reduce the number of components, enhance space utilization, optimize braking performance, and is easily integrable with other vehicle electronic control functions. It has become a hot topic in brakeby-wire research. This paper first introduces the composition and characteristics of the pneumatic brake system and EMB system for commercial vehicle platforms. It then analyzes the differences between the two systems, concluding that the EMB system offers advantages in environmental friendliness, efficiency, safety, lightweight design, and intelligence during its application in commercial vehicles. At the same time, the paper outlines challenges faced by the EMB system in its promotion, such as system instability, high cost, difficulty in standardization, and limitations in vehicle compatibility. The final solution is proposed to provide guidance for the further development of the system in the commercial vehicle field.
