三电系统常见故障与诊断方法

摘要: 随着新能源汽车的增加和三电系统投诉量的上升,故障诊断面临巨大挑战。为了更好 地研究这一问题,需要对三电系统常见故障和诊断方法进行系统分析。文章先对电池、电机 和电控系统常见故障进行了分类描述,然后介绍了四类常用故障诊断方法,即模型驱动法、 信号驱动法、数据驱动法和专家系统法。最后简要分析了未来研究方向,为研究人员提供参 考,推动该领域发展。

Abstract: With the increase of new energy vehicles and the rise of complaint about the three-electric system, fault diagnosis has ushered in great challenges. In order to better study this issue, it is necessary to conduct a systematic analysis of common faults and diagnostic methods in the electrical systems. The article categorically described the common faults of battery, motor and electrical control system. Then, four types of common diagnostic methods model-driven method, signal-driven method, data-driven, and expert-system method are introduced. Finally, the directions of future research are simply discussed, so as to provide reference for researchers and promote the development of this area.
