Fault Detection Method for Crankshaft and Camshaft Position Sensors of the 2019 Magotan B8L Sedan

摘要: 汽车车型不断更新迭代对汽车维修行业带来了更大的挑战,汽车发动机电控系统是汽 车组成部件的重要部分之一,对其故障的维修显得尤为重要。文章主要对 2019 款迈腾 B8L 轿车曲轴及凸轮轴位置传感器的故障进行检测分析,主要通过使用 X431 电脑诊断仪读取故障 码,使用 FSA740 示波器读取波形,采用数字式万用表、发光二级管(LED)灯点亮方式检 测数据,从而准确判定、排查并锁定故障点。文章详细梳理了整个检测过程的诊断流程,为 维修行业及高职院校教学提供基础维修思路。

Abstract: The continuous updating and iteration of automobile models has brought greater challenges to the automobile maintenance industry, and the automobile engine electronic control system is one of the important parts of the automobile components, and the maintenance of its failure is particularly important. This paper mainly detects and analyzes the fault of the crankshaft and camshaft position sensor of the 2019 Magotan B8L sedan, mainly by using a X431 computer diagnostic instrument to read the fault code, using the FSA740 oscilloscope to read the waveform, and using digital multimeter, and light emitting diode (LED) light to detect the data, so as to accurately determine, investigate and lock the fault point. In this paper, the diagnosis process of the whole testing process is sorted out in detail, which provides basic maintenance ideas for the maintenance industry and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
