汽车门内饰板设计及强度分析

摘要: 汽车门内饰板是汽车内饰重要的组成部分,其设计的好坏关系到车型开发能否成功。 文章重点针对地图袋的设计、门饰板的安装、门饰板内扣手与门饰板的匹配关系以及扬声器 罩盖的设计进行探讨,目的是为后续车型门内饰板的设计开发提供参考。在样件试制过程中, 为验证设计的合理性,门内饰板需通过相应物理实验验证设计的鲁棒性。针对门饰板扶手的 使用工况,利用常用的有限元分析软件 HyperMesh 和 ABAQUS 对门内饰板扶手进行强度分 析,分析计算其在 220 N 的垂直载荷作用下的应力值。结果表明,此门内饰板的应力小于材 料的屈服强度,符合公司规范要求。

Abstract: The interior panel of automotive door is an important component of the automotive interior, and the quality of its design is crucial to the success of vehicle development. This article introduces the common components of the door interior panel, with a focus on the design of the map bag, the installation of the door trim panel, the matching of the inner buckle with the door trim panel, and the design of the speaker cover, providing reference for the design and development of the door interior panel of subsequent vehicle models. At the same time, to verify the rationality of the design, the door interior panel needs to be proven to comply with the design intent through various physical experiments. Finally, the commonly used finite element analysis software HyperMesh and ABAQUS are used to analyze the strength of the door interior panel armrest in the article, and whether its strength value under a vertical load of 220 N is greater than the yield strength of the material. The analysis results show that the design of the door interior panel meets the company's specifications.
