摘要： 分析高速公路汽车维修服务体系低质量发展和低社会认可度问题，系统研究行业发展 历程及特征。通过国内外对高速公路及高速公路汽车维修服务模式的研究历史和现状分析， 系统总结我国高速公路汽车维修行业发展阶段，提出汽修行业常见问题，通过高速公路服务 区汽车维修服务标准建议、行业管理改革建议、企业经营服务模式建议等方式，提出行业发 展的管理对策与建议。

关键词: 高速公路；汽车维修；发展阶段；方向预测

Abstract: Analyze the problems of low-quality development and low social recognition of the expressway automobile maintenance service system, and systematically study the development history and characteristics of the industry. Through the analysis of the history and current situation of research on expressways and expressway automobile maintenance service models at home and abroad, this paper systematically summarizes the development stages of China's expressway automobile maintenance industry and puts forward common problems in the automobile repair industry. Propose management strategies and suggestions for industry development through suggestions on automobile maintenance service standards in expressway service areas, suggestions on industry management reform, and suggestions on enterprise business service models.
