质量改善“七步法”解决某车型天窗漏水 售后问题

摘要: 天窗是客户选车偏爱的配置之一,但在售后市场出现天窗漏水问题,是任何汽车制造 企业都不想看到的,出现此类问题需要高度关注和快速解决,并对其解决措施进行固化。文 章针对售后市场出现的一个天窗漏水问题,运用质量改善“七步法”解决天窗漏水问题,使 用了“七步法”中很多实用的质量管理工具,如计划、执行、检查、处理(PDCA)循环、故 障描述 5W1H、鱼骨要因分析法、5Why 等。通过该案例的解决,呈现出“七步法”完整的使 用流程,快速高效地解决了天窗漏水售后问题。

Abstract: The sunroof is one of the preferred configurations for customers when choosing a vehicle, but any vehicle manufacturer does not want to encounter the issue of sunroof leakage in the aftersales market. The occurrence of such issues requires high attention and rapid resolution, and measures need to be solidified. This article focuses on a sunroof water leakage issue in the aftersales market, using the "seven steps" of quality improvement to solve the sunroof water leakage. Many practical quality management tools from the "seven steps" are used, such as the plan, do, check, act (PDCA) cycle, fault description 5W1H, fishbone factor analysis, 5Why etc. Through the solution of this case, the complete usage process of the "seven steps" is presented, quickly and effectively solved the after-sales problem of sunroof leakage.
