Abstract: A new energy automobile enterprise uses high corrosion resistance steel S450AW to press the right door panel parts, and the height of the four corner convex is obviously low, which can not meet the product requirements. In order to solve practical production problems quickly, drawing and shaping analysis models are made according to product digital models. The simulation analysis of the whole process of right door panel stamping is completed by computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation, and the simulation analysis results are compared with the upper and lower die surfaces of the actual stamping die by the reverse scanning of the ATOS I 350 & TRITOP 3D optical mapper. The causes of stamping problems are determined and the mold optimization scheme is developed. The optimization scheme is implemented and stamping verification is carried out to solve the problem of insufficient height of the parts boss, which provides an alternative technical scheme for solving such problems in the future.
