摘要: 新能源汽车的整车控制器(VCU)属于核心单元,负责整车功率、能量控制和网络、 安全管理功能。为有效保证国产芯片方案整车控制器的生产质量,文章开展了整车控制器产 品生产质量控制的功能测试和整车下线流程(EOL)测试技术研究,并研制了相关测试设备, 实现国产芯片方案整车控制器的生产质量控制。

关键词: VCU;功能测试;EOL 测试

Abstract: The vehicle controller unit (VCU) is a core unit in new energy vehicles, responsible for overall power and energy control, as well as network and security management functions. To effectively ensure the production quality of domestic chip solution-based vehicle controllers, this paper conducts research on functional testing and end-of-line (EOL) testing technologies for production quality control of vehicle controller products. Related testing equipment is developed to achieve production quality control for domestic chip solution vehicle controllers.
