基于腰部支撑的座椅振动传递特性研究

摘要: 为充分研究腰部支撑对座椅振动传递特性的影响,文章以某车型座椅为研究对象,以 座椅腰部支撑的三种状态:“初始”“中间”“最大”腰部支撑为切入点进行研究。通过台架实 验测试了 6 位志愿者在某汽车座椅上受到前、后方向的随机振动激励(1~30 Hz)时,座椅 底部到坐垫以及座椅底部到靠背的加速度传递率。经过系统分析发现,当腰部支撑状态加强 时,座椅底部到靠背的振动传递率的共振峰值减小,座椅底部到坐垫的振动传递率的共振峰 值增大。该研究在汽车座椅设计优化,底盘系统设计与布局等领域具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to fully study the influence of waist support on seat vibration transmission characteristics, this paper takes a certain type of seat as the research object. this paper takes the three states of seat waist support:"initial", "middle" and "maximum" waist support as the starting point. A bench experiment is conducted to test the acceleration transmission rate from the bottom of the seat to the cushion and from the bottom to the back of the seat when 6 volunteers are excited by random vibration in the front and rear direction (1~30 Hz). Through systematic analysis, it is found that when the waist support state is strengthened, the resonance peak value of the vibration transmission rate from the bottom of the seat to the backrest decreases, and the resonance peak value of the vibration transmission rate from the bottom of the seat to the cushion increases. This research has certain reference value in the fields of automobile seat design optimization, chassis system design and layout and so on.
