基于场景的高效电驱匹配开发研究

摘要: 新能源渗透率继续增长,但“里程焦虑”依旧是限制消费者购买新能源汽车的重要因 素之一,相对于公告工况的统一,实际用车场景较为复杂,不同定位的车型有着明显的用车 场景分布。文章基于大数据统计的用车场景分布,对比不同电驱系统匹配方案与实际道路达 成率的关系,发现通过速比调整或电驱高效区分布的设计,在保证公告工况不受影响下,可 以提高用车场景下的续航达成率。

Abstract: The penetration rate of new energy continues to grow, but "range anxiety" is still one of the important factors restricting consumers to buy new energy vehicles. Compared with the unity of the announced working conditions, the actual vehicle use scenario is more complex, and the models with different positioning have obvious vehicle use scenario distribution. This paper is based on the vehicle use scenario distribution of big data statistics. Compare the relationship between different matching schemes of electric drive systems and the actual road achievement rate, it is found that the speed ratio adjustment or the design of high efficiency zone distribution of electric drive can improve the endurance achievement rate in vehicle scenarios while ensuring that the announced working conditions are not affected.
