热固耦合下渐变齿高涡旋齿的变形研究

摘要: 为了解决由涡旋齿变形所导致的一系列问题,提出了一种新型的齿形设计方案——渐 变齿高涡旋齿。通过向外环状递增齿高的方式将齿头粘连问题最小化,利用 ABAQUS 建立有 限元模型,模拟了气体压力和温度场对渐变齿高涡旋齿的影响。研究结果显示,在热固耦合 作用下,涡旋齿中心的最大变形量为 13 μm。随着中心压缩腔体积的减小,涡旋齿的最大变形 量也在不断增加,为压缩机结构设计和性能优化提供了一定的理论基础。

Abstract: In order to solve a series of problems caused by the deformation of the scroll teeth, a new tooth design scheme-the graduated tooth height scroll tooth is proposed. The tooth head sticking problem is minimized by increasing the tooth height outward annularly, and the effects of gas pressure and temperature fields on the graduated tooth height scroll teeth are simulated by using ABAQUS to establish a finite element model. The results of the study show that the maximum deformation of the center of the scroll tooth is 13 μm under the thermosolid coupling. As the volume of the central compression chamber decreases, the maximum deformation of the scroll teeth increases, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the design of compressor structure and performance optimization.
