摘要: 某轻型卡车后悬采用钢板拼焊件加橡胶缓冲块作为悬架限位装置,但金属件支架外形 笨重且高度尺寸固定,同一高度支架无法完全适配不同的悬架系统,不利于零部件状态精简 及整车轻量化要求。文章应用复合材料通过结构改进对悬架限位支架进行优化设计,基于 HyperWorks 软件有限元分析及试验验证等方法论证优化后支架的可靠性,在满足强度性能的 同时实现降本降重及零部件种类精简。

Abstract: The rear suspension of a light truck uses steel plate welded parts and rubber buffer blocks as suspension limiting devices, but the metal parts support is bulky and the height and size are fixed, and the same height support can not be fully adapted to different suspension systems, which is not beneficial to the parts status simplification and vehicle lightweight requirements. In this paper, composite materials are used to optimize the design of suspension bracket through structural improvement. The reliability of the optimized bracket is demonstrated based on HyperWorks finite element analysis and experimental verification, and the cost and weight of the bracket are reduced while the strength performance is satisfied.
