摘要: 混合动力商用车制动系统是在传统燃油车的基础上将燃油制动系统转变为燃油、纯电 模式的混合动力制动系统的过程。文章详细阐述了混合动力制动系统的压缩空气管路,电控 空压机、电控空气干燥器、电控制动总阀及管线的匹配设计。通过匹配设计,搭载整车进行 试验验证的过程及应用。

Abstract: The hybrid commercial vehicle braking system is the process of transforming the fuel braking system into the fuel and power shortage hybrid braking system based on the traditional fuel vehicle. The paper describes in detail the hybrid braking system of compressed air pipeline, electronically controlled air compressor, electronically controlled air dryer, electronically controlled brake valve and pipeline matching design. Through matching design, carrying on the whole vehicle test verification process and application.
