汽车总装可移动踏台设计与应用

摘要: 文章设计了一种新型可移动踏台,踏台负载时稳定可靠,移动时便捷省力,用于汽车 总装生产过程中,可提升线边物料空间、工位柔性以及作业人机工程。通过阐述新型可移动 踏台的设计结构及应用原理,并结合汽车行李架安装实例对比分析了新型可移动踏台在总装 生产应用过程中的优点,可为汽车行业内总装踏台的设计选型以及产线柔性布局规划提供借 鉴与参考。

Abstract: The article designs a new type of movable stepladder with stable and balanced load and convenient movement, which can be used in the production process of automobile general assembly to improve the material space at the line, the flexibility of the workstation and the ergonomics of the operation. By describing the design structure and application principle of the new movable stepladder, analyzing the advantages of the new movable stepladder in the process of general assembly production by combining with the example of automobile luggage rack installation, it can provide reference for the design and selection of the general assembly stepladder in the automobile industry as well as the planning of the flexible layout of the production line.
