摘要: 在电动汽车越发普及的大环境下,健康驾驶作为智能座舱的重要维度已经越发受到重 视。控制驾驶室内氧气浓度对驾驶员健康有利,特别是对于长途车驾驶员,能有效帮助其驱 散困意,保持清醒头脑驾驶车辆,避免车祸的发生。文章介绍了车载制氧系统的设计原则和 要求,阐述了车载制氧系统在当前汽车智能座舱背景下的功能特点及性能优势,并通过选取 合适的制氧法,设计了一种基于整车搭载制氧设备的优选结构方案。在此方案基础上,文章 结合车用实际场景,设计了一种用于实现氧气含量自动调节的控制逻辑策略,使该功能在使 用过程中更加智能化和便捷化。相较于消费者后期独立加装的制氧机,基于整车方案搭载制 氧机的技术优势包括直接的能量输入来源,便捷的人机交互体验和可靠的装配工艺,这也为 消费者提供了完善的功能体验和全面的质量保障。

Abstract: In the context of the increasing popularity of electric vehicles, healthy driving as an important dimension of intelligent cabin has been increasingly valued. Controlling the oxygen concentration in the driver's cabin is beneficial for the driver's health, especially for long-distance drivers, which can effectively help them dispel drowsiness, maintain a fresh mind when driving, and avoid accidents. This paper introduces the design principles and requirements of the on-board oxygen production system, and expounds the functional characteristics and performance advantages of onboard oxygen production system in the context of the current intelligent cabin of the vehicle. Specifically, this paper gives an optimal structure plan based on the oxygen production equipment of the whole vehicle by selecting the appropriate oxygen production method. On the basis of this plan, this article designs a control logic strategy for achieving automatic adjustment of oxygen content in specific driving scenarios, making this function more intelligent and convenient during use. Compared to the oxygen generator independently installed by consumers in the later stage, the technical advantages of using an on-board oxygen generator based on the vehicle scheme include direct energy input source, convenient human-machine interaction experience, and reliable assembly process, which also provide consumers with a complete functional experience and comprehensive quality assurance.
