Abstract: To solve the issues of excessive transportation resource allocation, high transportation costs and excessive waste of transportation resources in the current highway freight transportation market, this paper integrates transport resources of different regions of enterprises with the help of logistics information platform, and optimizes the transport resources of enterprises. The optimization of capacity scheduling includes two aspects of pickup scheduling and trunk line transportation, and the capacity scheduling model is established to solve the problem by considering the important influencing factors such as transportation cost and vehicle full load rate. The results show that under the cooperative management mode, the load rate of vehicles is greatly increased, the transportation cost is reduced, and the transportation capacity resources are rationally utilized.
