基于模糊相对优属度的轮胎综合评价方法研究

摘要: 轮胎决定车辆的承载、能耗、安全等性能指标,如何全面、客观评价轮胎综合性能仍 是行业面临的主要难题之一。针对这一难题,首先提出了基于模糊层次分析法确定指标最优 权重向量,其次提出了模糊相对优属度决策方法,通过对收集的 10 条轮胎 9 项指标数据计算 结果分析,得出所提方法评价的有效性,为轮胎各项性能评价及综合性能提升提供了参考依据。

Abstract: Tires determine the load, energy consumption, safety and other performance indicators of the vehicle, and how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the comprehensive performance of tires is still one of the main problems faced by the industry. In order to solve this problem, this paper firstly proposes to determine the optimal weight vector of the index based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and then proposes the fuzzy relative superiority degree decision-making method, and analyzes the calculation results of the collected data of 10 tires and 9 indicators, and obtains the effectiveness of the proposed method evaluation, which provides a reference for the performance evaluation and comprehensive performance improvement of tires.
