预制动碰撞工况对乘员安全性的影响分析

摘要: 随着汽车主动安全技术的发展,越来越多的汽车配置有自动紧急制动系统。目前,该 系统还无法完全避免汽车碰撞事故的发生,且在发生碰撞前,车辆存在减速制动的过程。针 对上述预制动,再发生碰撞的新型耦合工况,利用试验室加速台车系统,开展了预制动工况 和预制动碰撞工况的试验,并基于试验数据,研究分析了两种工况中假人姿态的运动情况, 以及预制动波形对假人伤害性能的影响。

关键词: 预制动碰撞工况;主被动耦合;碰撞安全

Abstract: With the development of automobile active safety technology, more and more automobiles are equipped with automatic emergency braking system. At present, the system cannot completely avoid the occurrence of automobile accidents, and before the collision, the automobile has the process of decelerating braking. In view of the above pre-braking, the laboratory accelerated vehicle system is used to carry out the tests of pre-braking condition and pre-braking crash condition, and based on the test data, the motion of the posture of the dummy in the two conditions and the influence of the pre-braking dynamic waveform on the damage performance of the dummy are studied and analyzed.
