防错技术在白车身制造过程中的应用

摘要： 针对汽车产品多元化、车型柔性化的生产需求，车间现场防错种类繁多，文章通过实 例介绍了机械限位防错装置、设备检测提醒、智能扫错等防错方法，降低了生产现场相似零 部件错装、漏装、漏焊、位置偏移等质量缺陷，提升了白车身输出效率。同时对生产线的防 错进行归纳总结，为其他企业提供参考借鉴。

Abstract: Aiming at the production demand of diversified automobile products and flexible models, there are many kinds of error proofing in workshop site. This paper introduces the error proofing methods such as mechanical limit error proofing device, equipment detection reminder and intelli- gent error scanning through examples, which reduce the quality defects of similar parts in proofing site such as misassembly, missing assembly, missing welding and position deviation, and improve the output efficiency of body in white. At the same time, the error proofing of the production line is summarized to provide reference for other enterprises.
