增程式全地形车安全控制技术研究

摘要: 为满足增程式全地形车的复杂使用场景对整车安全性的需求,从电池、电机和电控三 个核心部件进行安全控制技术的研究。针对整车安全性的影响不同、响应速度的不同,对部 件关键等级、故障处理权限进行划分,通过系统和部件的相互配合,采用分层式控制的方式 使车辆满足安全性的需求。最后进行了实车安全性试验,试验结果表明,对三大核心部件采 用的安全控制技术可以有效地保障驾驶人员和车辆的安全。

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of vehicle safety in the complex application scenarios of extended-range all-terrain vehicles, safety control technology is studied from three core components: battery, motor and electric control unit. According to the different impact of vehicle safety and the different response speed, the key level of components and the fault handling authority are divided. Through the mutual cooperation of the system and components, the layered control method is adopted to make the vehicle meet the safety needs. Finally, the real vehicle safety test is carried out, and the test results show that the safety control technology used for the three core components can effectively ensure the safety of drivers and vehicles.
