Abstract: In the era of surging production and sales of new energy vehicles, the improvement of after-sales market service capabilities of new energy vehicles has also ushered in great challenges. Power battery is one of the three core technologies of new energy vehicles, and it is also a key component of frequent failures of new energy vehicles. Improving the technical level of new energy vehicle power battery maintenance work plays a crucial role in the development of the automotive aftermarket. However, at present, China has not yet formed a unified specification for the maintenance of the power battery of new energy vehicles. The article comprehensively introduces the whole process of the maintenance of the power battery from the maintenance types of the power battery, daily use specification, power battery failure and troubleshooting methods, and fault diagnosis operation steps, so as to provide reference for the maintenance and detection practitioners of new energy vehicles and promote the better and faster development of the new energy vehicle industry.
