内饰材料摩擦异响兼容性研究

摘要: 为了在汽车内饰正向开发流程中提前降低内饰摩擦异响风险,减少实物验证的试错周 期和成本。文章介绍了材料粘滑效应基本原理和材料粘滑摩擦试验,分析了常用内饰材料在 不同工况下的摩擦异响风险等级,建立了常温常湿工况下常用内饰材料摩擦异响兼容数据库, 为产品设计前期材料选择提供了指导。同时介绍了内饰材料异响兼容数据库的工程应用,指 导了内饰摩擦异响的正向管控。

Abstract: In order to reduce the risk of friction noise in the forward development process of automotive interior in advance, and reduce the trial and error cycle and cost of physical verification. This article introduces the basic principle of material stick-slip effect and material stick-slip friction test, and analyzes the risk level of friction noise caused by commonly used interior materials under different working conditions. A database has been established for the compatibility of friction noise of commonly used interior materials under normal temperature and humidity conditions, providing guidance for material selection in the early stage of product design. At the same time, the engineering application of the interior material noise compatibility database is introduced, guiding the forward control of interior friction noise.
