摘要: 随着国家对环境质量要求的不断提高,挥发性有机废气的治理正逐步开展,电泳废气 直接排放的做法已无法满足当下日益严峻的环保要求。文章对电泳废气污染物浓度超标原因 进行了分析,引入改进后的活性炭处理装置,并详细介绍了其结构组成和工作原理。结果表 明,处理系统对降低污染物的排放浓度有显著效果,对汽车涂装的新建、改造具有指导意义。

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of national environmental quality requirements, the treatment of volatile organic waste gas is gradually being carried out, and the direct discharge of electrophoresis waste gas can no longer meet the increasingly severe environmental protection requirements. This paper analysis the reasons for the excessive concentration of electrophoresis waste gas pollutants and introduced improved activated carbon device with detailed structure and working principle. The results show that the treatment system has a significant effect on reducing the emission concentration of pollutants, and it has guiding significance for the new construction and renovation of automobile painting.
