摘要: 近年来,电动汽车越来越受到广大汽车消费者的青睐,但是电动汽车充电站的建设无 论是在数量还是分布上都稍显滞后。文章以上海市浦东新区为例,基于最大覆盖模型,以电 动汽车充电站服务范围最大化为目标,运用 LINGO 软件对案例进行求解,得到了最优的电动 汽车充电站站点选址方案。

Abstract: In recent years, electric vehicles have become more and more popular among automobile consumers. However, the electric vehicle charging stations, is slightly behind in both quantity and distribution. This paper takes Shanghai Pudong New Area as an example. Based on the maximum covering location model with the goal of maximizing the service range of electric vehicle charging stations, and LINGO is used to solve the model to obtain the optimal electric vehicle charging station site construction plan.
