商用车电器检测系统的开发及应用

摘要: 在商用车的生产过程中,电器功能的合格是车辆的装配质量的重要一环,电器检测结 果的信息采集、存储及分析对车辆从设计、生产到交付使用都有重要价值。信息化的应用可 降低人力成本、物料成本,为提高信息采集的准确性和及时性,探索开发一款用于商用车电 器检测的数据系统,包括两个应用场景,一是实时检测数据记录和上传,采用基于 Kivy 的安 卓 App 开发;另一个是数据库管理,使用 MySQL 搭建数据库,基于 Python 编写 PC 端前台 界面,实现安卓 App 的电检数据采集、上传,到 PC 端的数据管理,完全满足电器检测的需 求,系统运行效果良好。

Abstract: In the production process of commercial vehicles, the qualification of electrical functions is an important part of the assembly quality of vehicles. The information collection, storage and analysis of electrical inspection results are of great value to the design, production and delivery of vehicles. The application of information technology can reduce the cost of labor and materials. In order to improve the accuracy and timeliness of information collection, this paper explores the development of a data system for the detection of commercial vehicle electrical appliances, including two application scenarios. One is real-time detection data recording and uploading, which is developed using Kivy based android App; the other is database management, which uses MySQL to build a database, and compiles a PC terminal foreground interface based on Python to realize the collection and upload of the electric inspection data of android App, and the data management to the PC terminal, which fully meets the requirements of electric inspection, and the system runs well.
