赛教融合模式下基于 1+X 证书制度的 课程体系改革探索 ——以新能源汽车技术专业为例

摘要: 文章以新能源汽车技术专业为例,通过解析 1+X 职业技能等级证书标准,解读职业院 校各类技能大赛赛项和规程,提出适用于 1+X 考证制度的职业院校新能源汽车技术专业课程 设置思路,并设计出既能参加比赛又能适应取证的新能源汽车技术专业课程体系架构图,各 职业院校可结合专业情况构建“岗课赛证”融通的模块化课程体系。最后,给出赛教融合模 式下基于 1+X 证书制度的课程设置实施建议,提出解决技能大赛与常规教学衔接问题的关键 点,为职业院校深化复合型技术技能人才的培养,加速新能源汽车技术专业教学改革提供有 力支撑,让学历教育和职业教育融合的同时,优化人才培养模式,建设新型教师队伍,推动 职业教育充分发展,确保专业人才培养质量的提高。

Abstract: Taking the new energy vehicle technology major as an example, this paper analyzes the standard of 1+X vocational skill level certificate, interprets the items and procedures of various skills competitions in vocational colleges, proposes the course setting ideas for the new energy vehicle technology major in vocational colleges applicable to the 1+X certificate system, and designs the course architecture diagram for the new energy vehicle technology major that can not only participate in the competition but also adapt to evidence collection. Each vocational college can build a modular curriculum system integrating "post course competition certificate" according to the professional situation. Finally, this paper proposes the implementation suggestions for the curriculum setting based on the 1+X certificate system in the mode of integration of foreign teaching, proposes the key points to solve the problem of connecting skill competition with regular teaching, provides strong support for vocational colleges to deepen the training of composite technical skills talents, accelerate the teaching reform of new energy vehicle technology, and optimize the talent training mode while integrating academic education and vocational education. It is will build a new class of teachers, promote the full development of vocational education, and ensure the improvement of the quality of professional personnel training.
